How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally processed within 5–10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After processing, delivery within the United States typically takes 7–14 business days. Carrier delays, holidays, weather and other factors may affect delivery.
How much is shipping?
Standard U.S. shipping is $11.90 per order. If a promotional shipping offer is available, the amount shown at checkout will apply.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information is sent by email after your order ships. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking to become active. If it has not updated within 3 business days, contact us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once processing or shipping has begun, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, unworn, in original condition and returned with original packaging, accessories and tags where applicable.
How long does a refund take?
Once a returned item is received, inspected and approved, the refund is processed within 10 days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.
Is payment secure?
Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers. Veyzio does not directly store your full credit card details on its own servers.
Does every watch need a watch winder?
No. Watch winders are mainly intended for automatic mechanical watches. Quartz, manual-wind, smart and digital watches generally do not require one.
Does a watch winder rotate continuously?
